Global PMI Partners executed planning, integration lead and implementation advisory for the integration of Scholten Awater into Infotheek (owned by PE Altor)
- Advised Infotheek pre-closing on integration strategy and planning including communication and de-risking Day One
- Provided a team of three consultants for three months; lead the integration project, set up the Integration Management Office, and supported the different integration project work streams
- Documented an Infotheek Post Merger Integration Playbook
- Advised on organization design, synergies programme, cultural integration roadmap, 100 Day planning, future operating state and transformation roadmap.
- Transferred knowledge to the internal team
