Global PMI Partners led the merger of two UK mid-sized insurance brokers from close through to integration day.

• Introduced by Bowmark Capital to the newly appointed executive team of merging portfolio companies, we led the integration of Aston Scott and Lark into a new merged insurance broker 
• From legal close through to integration day, we led the integration programme and oversaw all internal change programs within the combined group, including additional bolt-on acquisitions 
• Reporting into Head of M&A as well as Bowmark Operating Partners, we also acted as interim ‘Chief of Staff’ for the Exec team, leading meetings and setting the agenda 
• Setup and managed integration program from close through to integration, managing Day 1 preparation, workstream introductions and kick-off, as-is process blueprinting and end-state design and integration project planning
