Following a S$1.6bn acquisition, delivering a major branch transformation programme

Based in Singapore, a GPMIP Associate Partner managed half of the ‘Branch Improvement Programme’, which was a major strategic change for the bank.

Phased implementation of a new organisation structure, new roles and responsibilities for all layers of management of the branch network (140 branches, 3,000 staff).

Remodelling and redesign of the layout of each branch to facilitate improved customer focus and operational efficiency, including full-scale business process re-engineering.

Using a playbook approach for each branch, converted branches were achieving up to 70% increases in sales performance and other key KPIs
