- We assisted in the integration of its business model and processes forming an integrated international wholesale business unit that operates similar to a financial trading desk of a financial services organization.
- Major synergies through generating pricing transparency for the different services (hubbing, VOIP, mobile hubbing, IP & Transport, TRAs) and significant process improvements where achieved enabling higher profit margins and significant dispute reductions.
