Acquisition of Orange & Rockland plc. (USA) by ConEdision plc. (USA)
- The driver for the deal was to diversify the customer base including rural areas in the portfolio.
- Identification and quantification of synergies to facilitate discussions with the US regulatory body for utilities FERC.
- This comprised the establishment of the pre closing project management, compilation of the “Day 1” activities required at completion to stabilise the business.
- We identified the costs associated with the implementation. Particular focus was given towards assessing capex and other operational investments which supported the regulatory energy pricing negotiations with FERC.
