Executive preparation for the in-house managed integration
We trained the entire integration and executive team of Sage and Bäurer in developing a
joined approach towards integrating both companies, including how to set up the integration management office, how to identify, prioritize and implement synergies, how to manage communication during the integration process.
The training included detailed discussion of tools and templates that would be used during the integration.
