The strategic rationale all three transactions enabled Sage to cover a large part of the mid market for ERP systems. Initially all companies where managed separately without integrating business processes and product portfolios.
Following an initial period of more than 3 years we were asked to lead a second wave integration project, including adjusting and developing the business processes needed to combine all three businesses onto one platform. We performed an analysis of the current organisation, developed a new organisational structure and defined the requirements for an implementation. The project also included an analysis and evaluation of the synergies and the management of the integration office including project structure and project monitoring.
