• Led planning and execution of UK restructuring program across all workstreams including HR, communications, Finance, Legal, IT, Facilities, Sales, Marketing, and Managed Services
• Supported Group and UK management teams with major technology programs including Cloud re-platforming (onto private cloud) and data center migration
• Led the program management for global services strategy review for one of Logicalis’ global strategic pillars to recommend approach
• Led Target Operating Model design and implementation planning for global strategic changes
